The order of externing the petitioners from the district of Ahmednagar has been passed by the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar. The said order has already been challenged before the appellate authority. The appeal is pending.

The application for stay to the order impugned in the appeal shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
