This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 16.09.2025. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant that the charge has been framed, however, in the said order it is mentioned that the charge sheet has been filed. 2.

In view of the above, wherever in the said order it is mentioned that charge sheet has been filed, it be corrected as charge has been framed. Corrections be carried out in paragraph Nos. 4 and 6. 3.
