The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 2527 days caused in filing the first appeal.

The learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the land of applicant/appellant is compulsorily acquired and appellant is poor labourer. He further submits that delay be condoned subject to the condition that he would not claim interest for the delay period. 3.

In view of the above, application is allowed and the delay caused in filing first appeal is condoned subject to the condition that appellant shall not claim interest for the delay period. 4.

The First Appeal is admitted subject to remove all office objections within a period of four weeks. The learned AGP waives service of notice to respondents No.1 and 2.
