The petitioner seeks permission to terminate the pregnancy. The petitioner was referred to the Expert Committee at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. The Expert Committee has examined the petitioner and given report. The report reads thus :

Not Recommended - (mention the method) :

This Committee does not recommend termination of this pregnancy. No abnormality noted in right kidney of the fetus. He/she can live normal life with single kidney.

Not recommended (of no, justification) : Not applicable.

According to the report of the Expert Committee, no abnormality noted in right kidney of the fetus. The Committee does not recommend termination of pregnancy.
