By this application, it has been intimated that respondent No.2 Abdul Qadar Abdul Karim, has passed away and therefore the legal heirs as indicated in Paragraph No.5 of the application are to be brought on record.

Upon issuance of notice, Mr. Mustafa learned counsel, has put in his appearance for the proposed legal heirs and has no objection if they are brought on record. Civil Application No.4743/2020, is accordingly allowed.
