These are the Applications by the Acquiring Body for extension of time to deposit the amount / cheque, as directed by this Court vide order dated 02/12/2020.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that, from time to time, this Court had extended the time to deposit the amount / cheque. She submits that, last extended time came to an end in 2021. She submits that, now, the amount / cheque is ready for depositing in this Court and therefore, she requests for extension of time.

The learned Advocate for the Claimants is present. 4.

In view of the above submission, the time to deposit the amount / cheque by the Acquiring Body is further extended till one [1] week onward today. Civil Applications stand disposed off accordingly.
