Heard ld. Counsel for the respective parties. 2.
In view of the fact that the amount under the award is deposited as per order of this Court, the ad-interim stay granted earlier is made absolute.

Mr Dande, learned Counsel opposes the application for withdrawal of the amount deposited under the award on the ground that reference Court has granted exorbitant compensation in favour of the applicant.

Considering the award passed, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on submitting undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the said amount, the applicants would deposit the same within one month. The
CA7368.2015.odt applicants if further allowed to withdraw 75% amount on furnishing solvent surety / security for the like amount. 5.
First Appeal is admitted.
