Mr. Rathi, the learned counsel submits that during pendency of present writ petition the final order has been passed and the same is also sought to be challenged. The writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise the non applicant will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by amendment. Considering the subsequent event, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
