Mr.Thombre, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the appellantsoriginal defendant nos.3 and 6 and respondent nos.1 to 3 - original plaintiffs have agreed to settle the matter. The respondent Nos.4 to 14 were joined as party respondents to the appeal as they were co-defendants in the suit. It is submitted that the co-defendants have not preferred appeal.
