The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that, the appellants are not in touch with him and in the circumstances, no further instructions could be received. Same is the case with the respondents also. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, their clients are also not in touch with them. There is reason to believe that, the dispute might have been settled amicably amongst the appellants and the respondents. In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
