Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners. 2.

The petition is entirely misconceived, as the reading of the order dated 15.03.2016, of which contempt is complained of, does not indicate that there was any direction to pay any amount or sum as far as the interest under Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act is concerned. The request for payment of the same was to be made and considered by the reference court before whom the reference is pending. As far as rental compensation is concerned, there is no direction to pay any amount or sum, as that claim is yet to be adjudicated by any authority or court.

In the circumstances, this Contempt Petition could not have been filed and hence it is dismissed.
