The learned AGP submits that due to some administrative difficulties, the appeals could not be preferred within the period of limitation.

The learned counsel for Respondents / original Claimants has not resisted the applications seeking condonation of delay. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay of 661 days caused in filing the appeals is hereby condoned. Civil applications are allowed and accordingly disposed of.
