By this civil application, the applicants desire to amend the writ petition in which they have challenged the legality and validity of several Government Resolutions. The pleadings are yet to be completed in the pending writ petition.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the applicants and the learned AGP. With their assistance, we have perused the reasons cited for seeking amendment. The learned counsel for the applicants relies on the judgment of this Court in Rohit s/o Ranjeetsing Rathod Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2010 (2) Mh. L.J. 384.

In view of the above, the Civil application is allowed in the above terms. We grant liberty to the Petitioners to carry out the amendment within 30 days from today.
