Learned advocate for the petitioner places on record a subsequent order of the State Government in the Ministry of Cooperation, Marketing and Textile Department dated 23.04.2025, thereby the State has invoked the powers under Section 14(3)(a) of the The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.

Learned advocate submits that in the light of such subsequent order, the petition rendered infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw it with liberty to challenge the order. The copy of the order is marked as "X" for identification. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
