We have heard Mr. Brahme and Mr. Pawar, the learned Counsel for the respective parties.

In view of the order dated 12th March, 2019 passed by the Education Officer, thereby, cancelling the approval granted to the respondent No. 5 for the post of Deputy Head Master. Some arrangement is required to be made for the salary bills and pay it.

The Education Officer shall take decision upon the proposals submitted by the Management for appointment as Head Master and shall also take decision with regard to giving powers of signing the salary bills and carry out day to day activities as Incharge Head Master within a period of 10 days from today. 4.
