After hearing the advocates for some times, the learned AGP tenders across the bar the Government Resolution dated 03-10-2017 which lays down the avenues open to the employees to put up grievances before the authorities of the Government in the form of appeal, second appeal and revision.

True it is that this petition was filed on 27-04-2017 i.e. even before the Government passed this resolution. 3.

However, it is trite that whenever a forum is provided by the State, it is a procedural matter and the parties can take benefit of the avenues made available for ventilating their grievances. 4.

In the light of this Government resolution, Mr. N. P. Patil Jamalpurkar seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to

2 WP / 5764 / 2017 avail of the remedy under the Government resolution dated 03-10-2017 but requests for considering the exemption of the period since the employee can approach the authorities under this Government resolution within stipulated time.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The authorities to whom the petition would be presented under Government resolution dated 03-10-2017 shall not refuse to entertain and decide the proceeding on the ground that it is not presented in time, if the petitioner presents his petition within four weeks from today.
