By order dated 28th February, 2018 in Review Application (Civil) No. 264 of 2017 this court has directed the petitioners to pay entire amount in terms of the agreement, within a period of three months from the date of order with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from 01.10.1998 till realization of the entire amount. By way of present application, the applicants are now seeking extension of three months time to comply the said order passed by this court. Learned counsel, on instructions, from the officer of the respondent/Bank, who is present before this Court, submits that the respondent bank has no objection if such

913 ca5986-18 -2extension of three months is granted, provided that in case, the order is not complied within the extended period, then the consequences laid down in para no.6 in order dated 28th February, 2018 would follow.

In view of above, the further time of three months is hereby granted to the petitioners for compliance of the direction given by this court in the order dated 28th February, 2018 and in case the compliance is not made within the extended period of three months, the consequences, as stated in para no.6 of the order dated 28th February, 2018, would follow. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
