Heard learned counsel for the appellant. This court under order dated 30.11.2004 granted stay to the execution and implementation of the award passed by the learned Tribunal subject to condition of depositing amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- in this court. Accordingly, appellant has deposited the requisite amount awarded by the learned Tribunal. The claimant has also withdrawn some part of the amount of compensation. In such circumstances, stay granted by this Court is hereby confirmed. Civil application stands disposed of.
