The learned Advocate appearing for the then Municipal Council, Jalgaon, submits, on instructions, that pursuant to the impugned judgment and award of the Labour Court dated 13.11.2000 and since this Court did not grant interim relief to the Petitioner, the Respondent has been reinstated in service and the impugned award has been implemented.

Considering the above, the learned Advocate for the Respondent/ workman submits that this petition can be disposed of as he has already been deprived of the back wages by the Labour Court. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as being infructuous. Rule is discharged.
