Mr. Natu, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 submits that respondent No. 1 has expired and that he would file pursis within one week indicating the names of legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1. 3.

After the pursis is filed by Mr. Natu, giving names of legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1, petitioners to file proper application to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 on record within one weeks thereafter.
