Proceedings of this petition have been instituted seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to expeditiously decide the appeal pending before him, filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. 3.

Accordingly, having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to expedite the proceeding of the appeal and conclude the same as early as possible and in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
