Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 226 days caused in filing the first appeal. The averments have not been controverted by the respondents. There are no mala-fides on the part of the applicant to prefer the appeal belatedly.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay stands condoned on condition that objection of deficit court fees shall be removed within a period of one (01) week from today. Office shall register the first appeal. The civil application is disposed of.
