Petitioner is requesting for initiation of enquiry in respect of recording of names of respondent no. 6 and others in the property tax record without there being any conversion of land for non-agricultural use. It does appear that there is dispute between petitioner and respondent no. 6 since regular civil suit was presented by respondent no. 6 against petitioner claiming perpetual injunction in respect of the property involved in the instant dispute. Although the suit is dismissed, in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for in the instant petition. It would be open for the concerned parties to avail of alternate remedies available in law. Keeping the option to avail of alternate remedies available in law, open for the petitioner, writ petition stands.
