Present applications have been filed for getting the delay of 1655 days condoned in filing the first appeals.

Respondents - original claimants are strongly opposing the applications on the ground that each and every day's delay has not been properly explained. No sufficient and reasonable ground has been shown.

For the reasons mentioned in paras no.06 and 07 of the applications, the delay is condoned. Applications stand allowed accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals.
