The petitioner is seeking relief against the college at Buldhana. The petitioner was studying at Buldhana. The college at Buldhana is attached to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences at Nashik. In the writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to allow the petitioner to complete the internship at Buldhana college, so also seeking refund of the amount from the respondent No. 3/college. No part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court as contended by the learned advocate for the respondent No. 3. 2.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
