Leave to add the National High Authority as Respondent No.4.

The petitioners have addressed Respondent No.3 Competent Authority/ Sub Divisional Officer, Patoda with two representations dated 08.12.2020 and 09.03.2021.

Respondent No.3 shall deal with the said representations and if required, shall order joint measurement of the property. For such joint measurement, the petitioners shall pay half of the share of the cost of the measurement and Respondent No.4 would pay half of the share.

Let this exercise of measurement be completed within 30 days from the date of the payment of fees.

The writ petition is disposed off.
