Learned Advocate for the petitioners sought leave to amend in view of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni vs. State of Maharashtra and another, [Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.13424 of 2025] decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 3rd September 2025. However, the learned APP submits that the petitioners have not remained present before the learned trial Court, and therefore, a nonbailable warrant has been issued against them since 20.08.2024. When the petitioners are not following the legal procedure and not abiding by the conditions of bail/41-A of Cr.P.C., we take this to be a case where our inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. should not be exercised.

The criminal writ petition stands dismissed.
