..

Mr. P.S. Patil, Advocate for respondent No.2. CORAM : A.V. NIRGUDE & A.M. BADAR,JJ.

DATED :

Learned Counsel for the Scrutiny Committee produced before us a copy of judgment and order dated 07.07.2015 in the case of the petitioner rejecting her tribe claim. Copy of the said judgment is given to learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner's advocate sought an order which would permit his client to start training pursuant to the order of appointment. In view of this, present petition is now infructuous. The writ petition stands disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the judgment and order of the Scrutiny Committee by filing a fresh petition.
