Perused the letter dated 20.2.2021 received from The Principal District & Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, praying for extension of three months time to dispose of Sessions Case No. 289/2019. Earlier, thrice such extension have been sought and granted, though 4th time, extension is sought for by the learned Judge, which is not just and proper. However, by way of last chance, three months' extension is granted, within which the learned Judge shall dispose of the Sessions Case. 3.
