While disposing of Writ Petition No. 5004/2015 in respect of Jafrabad Village Panchayat, this Court has passed order disposing of the petition on the basis of communication issued by the Deputy Secretary, Urban Development Department, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, dated 05.05.2015. Instant petition relates to conversion of Village Panchayat Ghansawangi into Nagar Panchayat. The facts and circumstances giving rise to the instant petition are identical. In view of the statement made in the communication referred to in Writ Petition No. 5004/2015, instant petition also deserves to be disposed of with identical directions. Respondents shall not issue order of appointment of Administrator until declaration of final notification directing conversion of Village Panchayat into Nagar Panchayat. In view of
