The sole respondent is reported to be dead, however, no steps are taken as information could not be gathered about legal heirs. The appeal is filed against judgment and award passed by the learned CJSD, Shrigonda. The amount of compensation is enhanced from Rs. 36,765/- per hectare to Rs. 60,900/- per hectare. 02.

In view of Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 with Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017, nothing survives in appeal. The Civil Applications and the First Appeal, therefore, stand dismissed and disposed off with no order as to costs.
