Having heard learned advocate Mr. Amit Mukhedkar for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government for respondent Nos. 1 to 6, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 4/Tahsildar, Parbhani to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of mutation on its own merits, in accordance with law and in any case within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
