1) Heard both the sides.

2) This Court has held that there has been no change in circumstances. On merits, the applicant is not entitled to bail. This Court held that on ground of delay caused for trial of the case bail cannot be granted. Seen the report given the Presiding Officer. The report shows that in April 2015 learned counsel for accused No.2,

2 Cr Application 2433/2015 present applicant had made application for adjournment as he was not ready with the matter when witness summons were issued. The trial Court has prepared a schedule of recording of evidence from 6th July, 2015 to 9th July 2015. In view this, this Court holds that bail cannot be granted.

3) The trial court is expediting the matter and the Court is expected to conclude the trial within three months from the date of starting of recording of evidence. The application is disposed of.
