By this Civil Application, the Applicant/Petitioner desires to add to the pleadings. The proposed amendment is set out in the memo of the Civil Application from paragraph No.21-H to 21-N and prayer clauses K, L and M.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, opposes the application for amendment.

We find that the Petitioner-in-person is working out his Writ Petition No.4774 of 2007. The Committee of the learned Registrars, has granted him the permission to address the Court. Considering that a service dispute is involved, we are of the view that a maximum opportunity needs to be granted to the Petitioner to prosecute his cause of action. By amending the Petition, he desires to bring certain subsequent events on record, after the Petition was lodged on 16.07.2007.

In this backdrop and for the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. The amendment be carried out as per the procedure prescribed, on or before 10.07.2024. 5.

The contesting Respondent is at liberty to file additional affidavit-in-reply to oppose the portion of the amendment. Let such additional affidavit-in-reply be filed on or before 20.07.2024. 6.
