Learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this petition, on instructions and prays for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,75,000/- before the Cooperative Court. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. If the petitioners approach the Cooperative Court at Ahmednagar within two weeks from today, with an application for depositing the amount and enlargement of time, the Cooperative Court would consider the said application after issuing notices to all the parties, on its own merits. This Court has not expressed any opinion as regards the merits in the said application.
