1] Insofar as these appeals are concerned, the notices issued to the sole respondents have been returned unserved with the remark that the sole respondents are not residing at the given address. Till date, no effective steps have been taken to serve these sole respondents in these two appeals.

2] In any case, four weeks time is granted to the appellant to serve the respondents in these appeals and if within a period of four weeks from today, no steps are taken, then even these two appeals to stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to this Court.
