ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is entitled for getting job from the Project Affected Persons Category.

Mr. Dande, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that in view of the Judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare vs. State of Maharashtra, 2009(4) Mh.L.J. Page 961, the Petitioner has to compete with other persons in the said category.

The Full Bench of this Court in the case of Rajendra, referred supra, has laid to rest the controversy that appointment to person from Project Affected Persons Category cannot be given without competing with the other persons in the said category. Even otherwise the Petitioner must have now crossed the upper age limit for getting

appointment in Project Affected Person's Category. In light of that Writ Petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
