Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

{2} 924 CA 12571 OF 2018 & ORS. The learned Counsel for the respondents - claimants does not have any serious objection for condoning the delay. The delay is otherwise also sufÏciently explained. I am, therefore, inclined to pass the following order:-

ORDER

I) Delay of 756 days caused in filing the Appeals is condoned.

II) Civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.

III) Appeals be registered in accordance with law. IV) On registration of Appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri L.C.Patil, learned Counsel waives service of notice for respondents - claimants. V) Service complete.

VI) List the Appeals for further consideration after 12 weeks.

VII) The execution of the awards impugned in the present Appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under each of the award with interest accrued thereon by the Acquiring Body in this Court within 12 weeks from the date of this order.
