Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 08.03.2022 passed by Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik in Grampanchayat Appeal No.17 of 2022 whereby, the Additional Divisional Commissioner granted interim stay in favour of the elected respondent No.4. 3.

The counsel for petitioner submits that the term of the Grampanchayat is about to end and hardly two months are remaining. 4.

Therefore, without going into merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition. 5.
