Mr. Biradar, the learned counsel submits that, the appeal filed by the petitioner was reserved for judgment on 11.11.2014 by the Sub Divisional Officer, Ambad, however, since then no orders are passed.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the Sub Divisional Officer, Ambad, then the said appeal shall be decided by the S. D. O. Ambad on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In case it is required to be reheard, the same shall be reheard after due notice to the petitioner and the respondent No. 3 i. e. interested parties. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
