Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.3 - The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to decide the representations in respect of proposals dated 16.10.2023 and 11.12.2023 for grant of approval for the post of Shikshan Sevak, expeditiously.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. S. B. Pulkundwar after waiving notice for respondent No.3, on instructions, makes a statement that those proposals can be decided within a period of two months.

In view of the same, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representations in respect of proposals dated 16.10.2023 and 11.12.2023 for grant of approval for the post of Shikshan Sevak as early as possible and in any case, within a period of TWO MONTHS from today.
