The learned AGP points out that an affidavit in reply has been filed by Mr.Mohan Shashikant Desale, Education Officer, Secondary dated 22.07.2022. An unconditional apology has been tendered for having not complied with the directions of this Court dated 03.01.2022. It is informed that a decision has been taken and by a reasoned order, the claim of the petitioner has been turned down. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in this petition and the same may be disposed of since the khs/July 2022/408

- 2 - petitioner desires to challenge the decision dated 22.07.2022 arrived at by the Education Officer.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the decision of the Education Department, by taking a recourse to a remedy, as may be permissible in Law.
