1] Writ petition is not yet admitted. In the writ petition also, none appears for the original respondent nos.2 & 3.

2] We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the State.

3] Subsequent order passed by the Accountant General after filing of the writ petition is sought to be

CA 13238/2016 IN WP 7805/2015 - 2 - assailed by way of amendment.

4] Considering that the amendment deals with a cause which has subsequently arisen after filing of the writ petition and is a consequence of the order already assailed in the writ petition, present civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B]. Civil application is disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days.
