The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation regarding his entitlement to the benefits of sixth and seventh pay commission is pending with the respondent no.5 and is not being considered and decided.

In case the petitioner's representation [Page No.28] is pending with respondent no.5 and has not been decided, respondent no.5 shall decide it, as expeditiously as possible within four months. 4.

In case the representation is not available in the office of respondent no.5, the petitioner may tender a fresh representation. 5.
