Learned counsel submits that the matter is settled between the parties before the learned mediator. The same is verified before the learned mediator in presence of the respective advocates. The same is placed on record along with report of the mediator. 3.

Considering the above, the First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the report of the mediator and the terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the learned mediator. The award shall stand suitably modified in terms of the said compromise and the report of the learned mediator. The First Appeal accordingly disposed of. The Civil Application also stands disposed of.
