The learned counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submits that instead of keeping the matter lingering here that the appellate court be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. He submits that the appeal is already argued in the month of April-2024. 3.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent and also of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that, on production of this order, the appellate court to decide the appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks. The interim relief granted by this court, on 07.05.2024, would continue to operate till the decision
