The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses B, C and D as under:- "B.

To direct the respondent no.3 and 4 to declare the result of the petitioner of MBBS Third (II) year Winter-2021 as earliest and allow the petitioner to appear and complete his internship, by issuing appropriate writ, directions as the case may be. order of C.

To direct Respondent No. 2-Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 2017 as expeditiously as possible by stipulating the period which this Honourable Court deems fit, by issuing appropriate writ, directions as the case may be. order or

To direct the respondent no.3 and 4 to declare the result of the petitioner of MBBS Third (II) year Winter-2021 as earliest and allow the petitioner to appear and complete his internship, pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition."

By consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) The University shall declare the Petitioner's third year second semester winter, 2021 result.

(b) If eligible, the Petitioner can pursue the internship course.

(c) The Committee shall decide the claim of the Petitioner on or before 31.07.2023.

(d) The Petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation to the Committee for the expeditious disposal of the claim and would not seek adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceeding. kps (SANJAY A.
