We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned A. G. P. 2.

Having taken into account the factual matrix, we record that the notice dated 11.03.2020 received by the Tahsildar from advocate Mr. Shrikrishna U. Chaudhari, should not have been issued. Nevertheless, the same shall not result in staying of the proceedings before the Tahsildar, who shall proceed with the inquiry as is directed by the Additional Commissioner, by following due procedure laid down in law. We expect the entire exercise to be completed within a period of six (06) months from today in view of the fact that process has been initiated in 2006.
