By this application, the restoration of the first appeal no.17266/202 in CAST 7267/2020, registration of which has been refused in terms of the order dated 18.1.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (J) of this Court.

Having considered the submissions advanced and averments in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B and C' subject to condition that applicants removes office objections within a period of two weeks from today and deposit costs of Rs.1,000/-(Rs. One Thousand) with the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. Civil application stands disposed off.
