The petitioner has moved the proposal for start of senior college. The said proposal is not granted. The respondent/State has filed affidavit stating that the policy decision was taken by the State not to grant any proposals for the year 2008-09. As such, for the said year no such proposals were sanctioned. The decision has been

wp4310.11 taken. Such prayer of the petitioner could not be considered in view of the orders passed in Writ Petition No. 10424 of 2010, dated 4.5.2011.

In view of the said affidavit filed, no relief can be given to the petitioner.

As such, Writ Petitions are disposed of.

No costs.
